JOB DUTIES:
- Daily Merchandise Received / Returned
- Daily Accounts Payable
- Daily Invoice / Physical Inventory Adjustment
- Weekly Cash Received / Cash Payment
- Weekly A/R Aging overdue payment collection.
- Quarterly payroll tax form / FUTA / SUTA / Sales tax
- Annual Federal / Franchise / Income Tax Return
- Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Accounting closing
- File management and record update
- Customer/Vendor Credit Applications
- Purchasing/Contract reviews
- Misc. office tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4-year accounting degree
- 1-2 years experiences in manufacturing or distribution industry
- US citizenship.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Microsoft Excel, Words, Access skills
- Good communication skills, detail oriented, capable of multi-tasking, good with numbers, analytical and logical mind.
