>> Hello. My name is Ashley Collier. I work at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore where I am the Social Media Coordinator. I monitor our brand, of course, on social media of conversations. I promote and market the University to prospective students, friends, alumni, and potential donors. I utilize tools that help me see what constituents are talking about at the University, whether that be students, alumni, friends, or potential donors, of what are people talking about the University brand, it's very important to have someone who has that hawk eye. Like most accounts, we want the shares and we want the likes, we want the mentions, everything. We want our followers to share the brand to influence others to gain more influencers. And the messaging that I promote on UMES is about enrollment, about our upcoming events and potential messages, such as from public safety. If you see something, say something, and that has been a really, really, important campaign that we've been doing. We started in August actually, and it gets lots of retweets. And the students actually are utilizing that number. They live on social media. If they have a complaint, most of the time they won't pick up a phone. They'll tweet it out. And my job, which is very important, I see those tweets and I pass it on to those areas where they're unhappy, and we immediately change that. We remedy that as soon as possible.
