To make sure that they've got you know packages and programs that really meet the needs of our customers. You know we do a lot of customer interfacing, so we're doing a lot of client meetings. You know getting to know what people's objectives are and hopefully putting together packages and programs. Whether it's on the advertising side, the corporate hospitality side or the season tickets side to really meet their needs. You know so our days really, you know change every single day. But a lot of time it's you know internally working to create strategies to really help us from a business perspective. And then also on the customer side, really just making sure that we're you know ultimately delivering on what their expectations are. You know each customer that we work with, you know they all have different needs and different wants and you know from a business standpoint sometimes it's on business development efforts and growing their business. Sometimes it could be on service, you know and servicing their customers and providing value for them.
