Jon is the Chief of Staff to the Associate Vice President and Chief Facilities Officer at Virginia Tech. Based out of the Virginia Tech campus, Jon’s mission is to support the needs of the Chief Facility Officer as well as the department as a whole. Whether dealing with existing maintenance and build-outs on buildings dating back to the 1920’s or new construction projects, Jon stresses the need for excellent communication and listening skills as well as the willingness to always be learning.
