System Testing & Validation: Assist with testing protocols by connecting and configuring test equipment, running established test procedures, and documenting results in a structured format.

Technical Report Writing: Draft clear, professional technical reports summarizing test findings, system performance observations, and troubleshooting outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.

Basic Troubleshooting: Perform first-line troubleshooting on hardware and software systems, escalating complex issues to senior engineers while maintaining detailed documentation of steps taken.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface directly with engineers, project managers, and program staff, serving as a bridge between technical teams and operational reporting requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Currently pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Technology Management, or a related field. You should be someone who is comfortable around technology without necessarily being a programmer or hardware engineer. Strong written communication skills are essential, as is an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

What’s In It For You

Paid Position: This is a paid internship. Salary details are provided after resume submission.

Real Defense Tech Experience: Work with cutting-edge systems backed by institutional investors – not a typical corporate internship.

Career Growth Path: High-performing interns may be considered for extended roles or full-time opportunities. This is a launchpad, not a dead end.

Professional Network: Build relationships with defense industry professionals, engineers, and business leaders in one of the country’s most active technology corridors.
