Position Summary
CVS Health is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Accounting to join our team in this hybrid role based in Cumberland, RI!
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1 – Prepare monthly journals to include accruals, reclass entries, prepaid amortization, etc.
2 – Monthly P&L variance review and research – provide commentary as needed
3 – Prepare GL account reconciliations and perform roll forward schedules
4 – Ariba/DIP review and submission
5 – SAP/Fiori queries/review
6 – Cadency account reconciliations
7 – Assist in various Ad Hoc requests
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of proficiency in Excel – includes the use of Pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s
- 1+ years of accounting experience
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP and Ariba experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Financial analysis
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organizational skills and attention to details
Education
- Highschool Diploma/GED required or equivalent experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 – $37.02
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
