The Casino Cashier Supervisor Supervises day to day tasks of casino cage and pit clerk functions. Oversees reconciliation and balancing of cashier banks and accounts for cash variances on a shift. Schedules, trains and monitors performance of direct reports. New Jersey Casino KEY license is required
Job Duties
- Supervises day to day tasks of casino cage and pit clerk functions.
- Oversees reconciliation and balancing of cashier banks and accounts for cash variances on a shift.
- Schedules, trains and monitors performance of direct reports.
- Ensures direct reports provide Family Style Service at all times.
- Ensures direct reports comply with all internal controls and gaming regulations.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college course in accounting or finance preferred
- Two years experience in a lead cashier function required.
- Must be detail oriented and organized.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills required.
- Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and attendant regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures.
