Negotiate and manage the transaction documentation process with the Debt Finance team.

Welcome to our program! We are so excited to have you here. White & Case is a global law firm with longstanding offices in the markets that matter today. During this program, you will get the opportunity to step into the shoes of a White & Case junior associate and complete tasks that replicate the work that our Debt Finance team does. You’ll learn key skills in negotiation and management of the transaction documentation process. We hope this program provides a great resource for you to upskill and strengthen your resume as you explore career options and a potential career at White & Case!

This program is self-paced. It takes approximately 2-3 hours to complete.
